about
Based in Washington DC, Joseph has been producing IDM and experimental electronic music as The Sinister Intelligence Agency since 2013 with the most recent release of the album Buried Film. In 2019 he began producing as Karneaux, drawing on influences from '80s industrial, '90s rave, synthwave and EBM. He performs a live PA and has played both international festivals and intimate clubs with a sound that can meld with everything from synth-pop to hard-techno acts. Never sticking to one
